About this Role:
This Coordinator role is for someone at the start of their career who’s hungry to learn, loves rolling up their sleeves, and wants to create brand experiences that make people stop, feel, and remember. If you’re keen to dive into agency life and help bring brands to life in the real world, we’d love to hear from you.
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of live brand experiences - from quirky pop-ups to big event activations.
- Help with project planning, supplier coordination, venue logistics, and on-the-ground execution.
- Work closely with creatives, producers, and account teams to make ideas happen.
- Assist with budget tracking, timelines, and post-event reporting.
- Be part of brainstorms to develop fresh, unexpected ways to connect brands with real people.
- Learn how to turn bold ideas into reality and see first-hand how strategy, creativity, and logistics collide to create memorable moments.
You Might Be:
- A recent graduate or soon-to-be grad
- A natural organiser who loves a good list but also knows how to pivot when the unexpected happens
- A people person who builds rapport easily and keeps their cool under pressure
- From a background in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, performing arts - or anywhere else that’s given you transferable skills and a service mindset
- New to the workforce and figuring out what’s next - and that’s completely okay
