You will be exposed to industry experts from a range of diverse backgrounds as they dig deep into what they do, what they love and what their futures look like, so you get a real understanding of what’s going to float your boat and give you the best start for a successful future.
Our commitment to our candidates doesn’t stop here. We know how important the first few months of your new career is, and we are there to help you navigate it like a pro. You will be paired with an industry coach who will act as your personal career guide. Whether you want to learn how to build your personal brand internally or need some help in navigating a tricky conversation with your leader – we are there to coach you through it. As industry leaders, we have been there and done that, and we want to help you find your place authentically and thrive.
About this Role:
This Coordinator role is for someone at the start of their career who’s hungry to learn, loves rolling up their sleeves, and wants to create brand experiences that make people stop, feel, and remember. If you’re keen to dive into agency life and help bring brands to life in the real world, we’d love to hear from you.
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of live brand experiences - from quirky pop-ups to big event activations.
- Help with project planning, supplier coordination, venue logistics, and on-the-ground execution.
- Work closely with creatives, producers, and account teams to make ideas happen.
- Assist with budget tracking, timelines, and post-event reporting.
- Be part of brainstorms to develop fresh, unexpected ways to connect brands with real people.
- Learn how to turn bold ideas into reality and see first-hand how strategy, creativity, and logistics collide to create memorable moments.
You Might Be:
- A recent graduate or soon-to-be grad
- A natural organiser who loves a good list but also knows how to pivot when the unexpected happens
- A people person who builds rapport easily and keeps their cool under pressure
- From a background in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, performing arts — or anywhere else that’s given you transferable skills and a service mindset
- New to the workforce and figuring out what’s next — and that’s completely okay
