You’ll meet industry experts from a range of backgrounds, hear how they built their careers, and see what life is like in a multitude of roles first-hand. It’s about learning more about yourself, exploring the industry, and discovering what path excites you most.
Our commitment doesn’t stop once you’re placed. Starting your first full-time role can be overwhelming, so we pair every successful candidate with an industry coach for your first six months. Whether it’s building your personal brand, navigating tricky conversations, or developing confidence, you’ll have guidance from someone who’s been there and wants you to thrive. About this Role:
Media agencies sit between brands and the platforms you see every day - TikTok, YouTube, outdoor, radio, streaming - and are responsible for planning where campaigns go, building strategy around human behaviours, liaising with media partners, and making sure everything runs properly for your clients.
This role is a starting point into the world of media and advertising and exposes you to all facets of how a brand shows up in our everyday lives.
You don’t need direct experience in media or advertising. What matters more is how you think, communicate, and approach problem solving.
What you’ll be doing:- Supporting the planning and delivery of campaigns across multiple channels
- Working with clients and internal teams to bring campaigns to life
- Managing timelines, bookings and campaign details
- Learning how different media channels actually work and how they behave alongside one another
- Building confidence communicating with stakeholders early in your career
- Are curious about how brands actually show up in the real world
- Like the idea of working with people, not just behind a screen
- Are organised and naturally keep track of moving parts
- Communicate clearly and ask good questions
- Want a role that gives you exposure quickly, rather than sitting in one lane
