About this Role:
This Coordinator role is for someone at the start of their career who’s hungry to learn, loves rolling up their sleeves, and wants to create brand experiences that make people stop, feel, and remember.
From live events and brand experiences to retail marketing, digital activations and influencer campaigns, you'll get exposure to the many different ways brands connect with their audiences. If you’re keen to dive into agency life and help bring brands to life in the real world and beyond, we’d love to hear from you.
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll:
Support the end-to-end delivery of creative marketing campaigns, from live events and brand activations to retail experiences and digital campaigns.
Help with project planning, supplier coordination, venue logistics, and on-the-ground execution.
Work closely with creatives, producers, and account teams to make ideas happen.
Assist with budget tracking, timelines, and post-campaign reporting.
Be part of brainstorms to develop fresh, unexpected ways to connect brands with real people.
Gain exposure to different areas of marketing, including experiential, retail, digital, influencer partnerships and community engagement, learning how they work together to connect brands with consumers.
Help bring campaigns to life across retail, digital and real-world environments, understanding how brands influence people from initial awareness through to purchase.
Learn how to turn bold ideas into reality and see first-hand how strategy, creativity, content and execution come together to create campaigns that make an impact.
You Might Be:
A recent graduate or soon-to-be grad
A natural organiser who loves a good list but also knows how to pivot when the unexpected happens
A people person who builds rapport easily and keeps their cool under pressure
From a background in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, performing arts - or anywhere else that’s given you transferable skills and a service mindset
New to the workforce and figuring out what’s next - and that’s completely okay
