About this Role

This Media Sales Coordinator role is perfect for someone eager to learn, confident in communication, and ready to support a busy sales team. You’ll help build relationships with clients, keep campaigns running smoothly, and gain exposure to the commercial side of media.

As a Media Sales Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and reporting
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Keep systems and data up to date, tracking performance and outcomes
  • Assist with sales processes including booking, scheduling, and follow-up
  • Build your confidence in client communication and commercial thinking
  • Learn how relationships drive client success and fuels business growth
  • Learn how brands come to life across different channels, how they reach their audiences and what makes campaigns successful.

You Might Be:
  • A recent graduate or soon-to-be grad
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • From a background in business, marketing, communications, customer service, hospitality - or anywhere else that’s given you transferable skills
  • New to the workforce and figuring out what’s next - and that’s completely okay
